Anyone can generate a clause in seconds. Almost nobody can show that a licensed lawyer released that exact wording, for that situation, and that it was still current when used. Pacterms is where licensed attorneys release exact legal language for a stated scope, and the register that keeps every version.

Pacterms is built by ThyVoxa LLC, a small team. It is for lawyers and small firms first, then platforms and AI legal tools, and later publishers, forms vendors and insurers releasing their own text.

The Story

Pacterms started with what lawyers told the founder. They wouldn’t re-review a full document for every customer, and nothing recorded which version they had stood behind. What they would do is release one exact version for a defined scope.

So the system is built around that release: AI does the research, software checks it, a licensed attorney releases, and the register keeps the proof. It started with the founder’s family, who do trade work and kept losing arguments because the record was a text thread nobody could find.
