Pacterms generates agreements, invoices and demand letters that cite state law. Every clause is researched by an automated pipeline and then held for a licensed advocate to approve before it can ship. This is where you tell us who you are so we can give you that review surface.
How clause review works on Pacterms
Every clause you’d review has already been through a rigorous, multi-step verification process before it reaches you, built specifically to avoid the single-pass, take-it-on-faith approach most AI legal tools rely on. Your review is the final, independent human check, not a first read.
Our system requires you to open and confirm the underlying statute or court-rule text yourself before approving anything, it’s enforced technically, not just requested. A summary won’t satisfy it.
Each approval you give applies only to the specific document in front of you. We’re not currently reusing approvals across documents, and we won’t build or activate that without your separate, explicit written agreement, that’s a conversation we’d have directly with you, not something folded into onboarding by default.
We take the specifics of how this works seriously enough that we walk through the full mechanism, and the exact reuse terms if that’s ever proposed, once you begin registration. It’s detailed on purpose, since we think a licensed attorney deciding whether to work with a new platform deserves real specifics, not a vague pitch.
What happens next
Submitting this does not create access. We check each bar number against that state's roll ourselves, because nothing in software can do that for us. Once verified, you sign in with the email above and land straight on your review queue — scoped to the states you are admitted in, and nothing else.
