• To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and support users.

How We Protect It

• We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and in transit.
• We do not sell your personal financial data to third-party advertisers.
• Your "Pact Score" is internal to our platform; we do not share it with credit bureaus unless you explicitly request a credit-building integration.

Your Rights

• You can delete your account and all associated agreements at any time. "Forgotten" means forgotten.
