Last updated: October 17, 2026
Who Sends These Messages
SMS messages from Pacterms are sent by ThyVoxa LLC, operating as Pacterms, via our SMS provider Telnyx. Messages originate from a verified toll-free number.
Pacterms is used by businesses and individuals to create agreements for project-based work and send them to the other party for review. When you receive an SMS from Pacterms, it means a Pacterms user has sent you a document to review, or is following up on one already sent to you. You never need a Pacterms account to open it.
